- you don't need fruit after a workout
- you need protein everytime you eat (fruit only meal)
- replace fruit only meal with meat and rice, pasta or bread with veg / salad

Don't use Celltech dude. You shouldn't ingest 10g Creatine per scoop. I don't care about people claiming no sides, or great performance, because even on a small cycle of 3 weeks on 1 off, instead of 3 months on one off, that's still around 8 months a year, of taking that much in at once.

I just don't think long-term it's healthy.

You wouldn't do that on a 10g maintenance, or a load phase, and those people claiming no sides, I doubt would be saying that, (even using that 3 week on 1 off, 8 collective months cycle), after 20-25 years of use.

Fact is Celltech hasn't been around as long as that, and has not had many consistant users in about 10 years, so there can't be any evidence yet, it could cause long term sides, over 20 years, given it's history and the number of consistant users.

Switch to another brand with 5g per scoop, and stick to that. Then just add some simple Carb in to upload it. Don't be a Celltech statistic of the future.

You really don't want to be 40+ with permanent Kidney issues.

Celltech is marketed to my knowledge, as having 10g Creatine per scoop. That's not my problem, it's theirs.
