7 a.m. Isotonix b-12 special formula and isotonix opc-3 then i work out at 8 a.m.
Breakfast at 9:30 1/2- 1 cup of oatmeal w/ splenda (I'd pitch the Splenda. It's probably got quite a few calories you don't need).
Lunch at 12 Turkey or chicken (Need some Carbs here)
Mid Afternoon at 2 Fruit or Yogurt (I'd be inclined to drop Fruit, and have a different kind of Carb source here with Yoghurt)
Dinner at 5:30 Chicken and a Ton of Veggy with a glass of milk (Fine)
6:30 i take a brisk walk for 50 minutes
Coule have something else around 8-8:30
