I started dieting on Monday, and its been 3 days. I worked out on Monday & Wendnesday and plan to go again on Friday. The thing is my weight went down from 150 to 148. And today had Skim milk with cereal for breakfast at 6 AM, when I got home at 12 AM i felt like i was about to faint. Here is my eating schedule I've been using.
Skim Milk Cereal - 6AM
Turkey on Wheat bread - 12AM
Small serving of what my mom makes - 4 PM
Salad - 7 PM
