yeah, nutrition and training are key. i saw a bunch of diet but idk if they are for me. like for breakfast 4+ eggs. I don't think i could eat that many before school and thats a lot off eggs lol. I just want a solid routine to do. by the way my bench goes up to 150, 30 lb dumbbells, and curling bar
