i am nosheen from pakistan i want to a have perfect workout routine i want to lose my weight and want to tone my muscle and i am 30 years old plz help i have search on google for workout routine " death by body weight by ian king" then i found alot sites which made me more confuse.
i do weight trainning thrice a week what about other days?
