I started working with sets and reps to boost testosterone and do I feel jacked right about now.

Back Squat

405lbs, 10x3

Incline BB bench

185lbs, 3x6, 190lbs, 1x6, I should have been doing 190lbs the whole time!!!

T-Bar Rows

160lbs, 5x5, these felt great but I may have been able to go 5lbs heavier oh well get em next time.

Tigerbend pushups

BW+45lbs, These felt good on my tris

Curls

40lbs, 4x6, I had the perfect amount of weight here I hit the last rep barely on the last set.

Very good workout I actually enjoyed myself while lifting for the first time in a while I think because of the testosterone boost thingy.

The testosterone is "boost" on high intensity and high volume work.

But, most important for test : Diet !

Eat like a men, be a men ...

When you find the adequate weights that suit your set/rep increase the weight every workout by 5 pounds (2%) on heavy lift and 2.5lbs(2%) on light weight or add a rep, in fact try to increase the volume/intensity/weights every workout.

if you were doing the tiger bends properly i doubt whether you could use an extra 45pd...mechanically you'd have to have a 50000pd bench to do that (slight exaggeration)...you feel jacked after 1 workout? that's a great workout than

I'm about to go for a walk for 30 mins and then I'm going to sit around for a while then get my mom a card for mothers day then go apply for a job as a fitness attendant at the YMCA.
