I'm 14 years old, I weigh about 150lbs. I'd like to lose around 10-20lbs over the summer, or at least before the year ends. I do not currently have any workout routine, nor access to a gym (though if it is absolutely necessary I can most likely get one). I do have a set of dumbells and an exercise ball. I would really like to get rid of the flab on my chest mainly.
Can anyone supply me with a routine that would make this happen by the start of the school year?
