i strongly advise you do the 'your body is barbell' program until you've worked through all the progressions on it before adding ANY wts what so ever

Keep doing BW stuff until you can do all of those stated above, then do weights.

alright. so i looked at the workout. and was wondering a few things.
do you do this workout daily?
im confused about reps and such...
"2 sets x AMRAP each leg @ 333 30s rest"
what does all of this mean??

do you do this workout daily?

i think it days 4 times a week...read it again it does say how often

"2 sets x AMRAP each leg

2 x as many reps as you can

333

this represents the tempo that you'll use for the exercise...so you'll lower down in 3secs, hold the bottom position x 3secs then raise up in 3 secs for each rep...do not speed up the tempo when it gets hard which it will do quickly

make sense?

and by the way swanso, i re-read and i still cant find how many times a week, it might just be because im blind but i dont know..

cardio can be added on off days and i'm pretty sure it's 4/week so try and do on mon/wed/thu/sat of something like that, not 4 days on and 3 off
