i think it days 4 times a week...read it again it does say how often333
2 x as many reps as you can
this represents the tempo that you'll use for the exercise...so you'll lower down in 3secs, hold the bottom position x 3secs then raise up in 3 secs for each rep...do not speed up the tempo when it gets hard which it will do quickly
