Power Gym Pilates

Hello!

Has anyone tried Pilates Power Gym? Does PPG really works? Will PPG help me to sculp my body?

I'm a 21 year old male and I'm looking for a good small home gym machine that will help me to develop muscle. I want to be fit, I don't want to be all buff, however I would like to have some muscle you know sculp my body. Will Pilates Power Gym help me?

If someone has the PPG or can comment about it I would really apreciated!!! Thanks.

Absolutely.

Free weights, (collars or clips it doesn't matter), and possibly a few extras workout space and budget permitting.

I you do not want to do stuff with weights try some body weight exercises.
