for the last month i was working out before school started. i want to continue this throughout the summer before work. I weight about 170 lbs and want to gain muscle, lose weight and lose my gut. this is what ive been doing and plan to keep doing:
usually run for 20-30 mins
Run outside usually 3-5 k
Same as monday
no cardio though
same as tuesday
run 20-30 mins
i do abs 4 times a week at the end of a workout. for each body part i do 4 exercises 3-4 sets each and atleast 10-15 reps.
should i keep up with this? im seeing results physical and i have been keeping a journal and have seen results in my reps and weight. should i do cardio at the start of my work out or after?
