Summer workout program

for the last month i was working out before school started. i want to continue this throughout the summer before work. I weight about 170 lbs and want to gain muscle, lose weight and lose my gut. this is what ive been doing and plan to keep doing:

Monday
Back
Biceps
Delts
usually run for 20-30 mins

Tuesday
Chest
Triceps


Wednesday
Run outside usually 3-5 k

Thursday
Same as monday
no cardio though

Friday
same as tuesday
run 20-30 mins

i do abs 4 times a week at the end of a workout. for each body part i do 4 exercises 3-4 sets each and atleast 10-15 reps.

should i keep up with this? im seeing results physical and i have been keeping a journal and have seen results in my reps and weight. should i do cardio at the start of my work out or after?

long term, this plan won't work mate

wts need to be heavy with compound exrcises only (waterbury method)

cardio needs to be intensive (sprints, HIIT)

food needs to be great, no perfect (go to diet section and read "before posting...")
