I don't have time to go for a walk but I do have work for 8.5 hours today and I will probably be moving things around.

So I can finally work out my chest again tomorrow but I got to take it slow like the doc said but I'm going to pick up where I left off on swans' program then go to the below.

http://www.t-nation.com/readArticle.do?id=1499282

I'm going to give it my all. I'm going to go as hard as I can to the damn breaking point starting August 25, figure by then my chest will be close enough to normal by then. I will be on my own for food so I will be able to be absolutely perfect not only training but now in diet. I want this so bad I'm going to work my ass off for it.

Two weeks into the cut.

I can easily see my upper abs and most of a four pack but its hard to tell because I have hair there. Bodyfat is surely dropping off me like a rock. I will post pictures at the end.
