Please rethink this, go to diet and nutrition forum and read the sticky "read this before posting".

Good for you, and I hope you are eating protein every meal and are close to your required calorie intake as well.

Keep working at it :)

ok all my sizes are still the same as last week but weight is 203.4 lbs.

Starting a 90 day workout called "P90X". it's pretty intense, after the first workout my upperbody was sore. :D

okay, you use a digital scale but honestly, drop the decimal, it means nothing.

so you gained a pound but no notice in size difference. Honestly, I think you gained a little muscle :)

I've heard of p90x but don't know much about it. Good luck with it, sore the next day is ok but if you're still sore 2 days later, you definately over did it. Also, Stretch out after workouts, even if the program doesn't say to it is the smart thing to do!!!!! A good stretch routine should take 15-20 for your full body!

Cheers

yeah it's pretty intense, they make you stretch for 10 min before the workout and i think i over did because its the 3rd day after i did it and it still hurts pretty bad lol but i'm keeping on going even it hurts( thats good right?)

Not a good sign, take it easy or a day off. Are you warming up before you stretch? 5-10 minutes to get the muscles warmed up? Stretching without warming up is like trying to stretch refridgerated taffy -- SNAP....... not good for tendons, ligaments or muscle, hence why I said stretch after your workout, your muscles are fully warmed up!
