I've been working out for 3 years. I'm 25 yrs old, 1.80 and 161 lbs (I'm trying to gain 10 lbs more). My goal is basically stay fit.
Can I revise Waterbury Method? I mean can I extract leg and squat exercises and insert some chest, biceps or triceps exercises? For example can I extract BB Back Squats and insert concentration or seated triceps press? I've never worked legs and squats. I know that it is not right but I want to work my upper body mainly.
