I thought this would be good for motivation and sorta fun =)

Today I did 20 mins of walking/jogging/running
Skipped x 160
Currently finished day 3 on the 100 pushup program doing knee push ups.

I am basically just doing this till i can get dumbells.

Search your body as a Barbell.
