can't increase the leg extension? even better get rid of it it's not doing anything for you really

you wanna increase wt? train the shit out of your posteriour chain, that's where the real gains are made

and yes add some conditioning, exercise bike is boring and shit so do as d suggested or add in some bodyweight / medicene ball circuits and/or finishers to your workouts

What should I sub leg extensions with then?

I can't do the tire flip or whatever but I can do the bodyweight circuits, what do you suggest for the circuits?

Why do I need to cut now? If I'm comfortable with the way I look then why can't I increase size and increase muscle size so when I cut later I am bigger?

Personally I say : continue your bulk, doing small cycles (I believe, only my toughs) of bulk/lean out leads to lesser mass/strength gains compared to long cycle.

So eat a lift big as you already do.

For the little belly, maybe it's only water or only a little fat but if you've gained 10 pounds, 7 muscles 3 fats, then you are on the right way no (10 pounds is only to show the ratio) ?

And ... cut sucks hard

If I would have kept cutting I would have been able to see a four pack if I would have lost about 8 more lbs so I'm actually doing alright.

I don't mean start cutting rock star, just get some more conditioning in. Make yourself a sled out of an old tire and a chunk of plywood nailed to the bottom of it, fill it up with bricks or rocks and drag the sucker up and down the street. Not only will it help with the hammies, it'll make your neighbours crazy too.
Low rep training like what you are doing is awesome, but it takes a toll on the endurance factor. Little conditioning just helps round things out a bit.

As fun as that sounds, and trust me it really does, I'm at college right now. I can't afford to buy all of that and on top of things I wouldn't have the space to do that.

do a lunge instead of a leg extension

even some sprints would help a little but don't wait too long until you'ver gotta lose 25pds of fat, then your fucked big time

you could probably use a body comp/hypertrophy type phase to give the joints a rest anyway which would work

What college are you at?
Try multi-directional lunges, LOL, they will kill you.

I'm at Stephen F. Austin State University. It's mostly a Teacher and Physical Education (Kinesiology) school. It's Kinesiology program is the 3rd best in the state at getting its graduates jobs so I'm really thrilled about being here.

here's cheap, attach a chain to you're buddy's car, the one with the smallest car, and you drag him home from the bar after drinking. That way no drinking and driving and you're burning off the beer, getting the conditioning needed and working the hams all at once!

:) Cheers

haha that is amazing vamp but actually at my college they have this thing called driving jacks and they work from 10pm-3am and if you call them they will pick you up and drive you home so you don't drive drunk.
