Free Running/Parkour

Postby GPMFKodaB » Mon Jan 05, 2009 12:42 am

I live in Indiana and am interested in learning how to do Free Running. Im a smaller guy and not very strong so i need to know two things. What do i need to build up (I already have pretty good Cardio) and what kind of training do i need to do? I dont have anyone to teach me formally so anything I learn is going to have to be self-taught or at least taught through distant instructions (such as this). So what can i do to learn and use this sport?
