Weight Gain
I am 18 years old guy
Height - 6'1
Weight - 58 Kgs
I need to gain weight and bulk up my body. Plz let me know what should i do. Should I take some supplements if yes plz tell me which one should i use.
i have purchased some barbells and dumbells
i do 2 sets 25 reps of 16 kg plates flat bench press and dumbells of 6kgs.
should i use more weight in barbells or is it ok i want fast results.
