well its March 21st/09 .... 186lbs
finally i see changes in my body...
been doing weights, cardio, weights, cardio, weights, cardio, rest
been working upperbody at 5 am and lower body at 5 pm in weight days...
cardio= p90X intervals, plyometrics and sprinting
i was expecting to be 184- 185lbs this week but i stayed the same as last week 186lbs... i reached a plateau...?
well if thats the case, then i'll switch to a lighter weight, switchng from 30lbs to 20lbs dumbbell and do 2 times more reps per exercise. so 20 reps...
also sprint more? 10 incline+ 14km/hour for 40 sec X 2
fuck this fat loss is taking way longer than i thought! i better be around 184- 185 lbs next week...
