Whey Concentrate, good Carbs per scoop, boosted Glutamine and BCAA's, perhaps a bit of Fat, and that's it basially you're good to go.

As for the Carb source in it, could have Palatinose, Maltodextrin, Waxy Maize Starch, Glucomannan, so anything with those in should be good.

Bigger tubs are more economical, and being concentrate it keeps the price down, compared to Isolate.

Whey Isolate is 95% more purified form, its broken down easier and its light on your stomach.. It also has Enough leucine in it to Make sure you dont have Much protein breakdown..Trust me its the best u can take rather then 100% whey!.. It also dissolves and blends easier aswell..

I work at nutrition store and ive taken anything and everything..right now im testing out muscle techs NEW product.. intravol

Agreed, Isolate is better, but more expensive, and in most people cases, a good concentrate is kinder ot the finances, and good enough.

If he can afford and thinks Isolate is good to go, then yeah, go for it, as long as the Carbs are good, none of that 1g per serve stuff.

As for you testing a Muscletech product, good luck with that

Muscletech, cost over quality a longhled trademark of theres. I.E. Costs more than most products, quality is worse. Might be a bit different now, but I wouldn't have thought so.

i agree. muscletech has overly funded advertising trying to sucker the newbie into gaining 20 pounds of muscle in a week for twice the price of the same product
