Could be a sticth perhaps. Have you begun to exercise this way recently, or have you been doing it for quite some time?
I ask as it might be that the body is finding it a bit tough to cope with the intensity, because it's beyond it's current tolerance threshold, but when you do it more, if the body should, (touchwood), adapt, the sensations could subside to the point where they stop in the near future.
If you've been getting this issue several times, as opposed to the first 2-3 times, it might indicate something else.
