Dancing problem

Postby thrasher15 » Sun Mar 22, 2009 2:45 am

Dancing is one of my main cardio workouts right now. 30 min sessions or so. Its putting alot of strain on my calf muscles, so much so that they are often very sore and no good for running as I do when I play various sports.

What should I be doing to prevent this tightness in the calves?

well check your ankle mobility, how your foot contacts the floor each time, glute function, pelvis positioning statically and dynamcially, pre dance nutrition/hydration, the floor you're dancing on, calf flexibility to nake a few kore for you if the last response wasn't enough
