It depends.
If you're only doing a weights routine that requires 3-4 days of weekly training, then yes 1-2 days of sport would be okay, if you're not exceeding 5 days of exercise a week, to allow good recovery per week.
If you do some kind of training split, where you do something like this, (Legs, Chest, Back, day off, Bi's / Tri's, Shoulders, Day off), then no I wouldn't do sports,, as you'll possibly casue some kind of overtraining, or low recovery potential.
