You only need to do something like Interval about 2-3 times a week for 30 minutes.
P.S. for give me if I'm sounding intrusive, but I noticed you say you had Osteoperosis. That's a really tough thing to have coped with. Most people with Bone density issues at your age, would have Osteopenia, so obviously Osteo is a hrd thing, but to have done what you've done and turned it around, is a truly great thing, and you should be very, very proud of that, and it shows, as well.
I think you look really feminine, young and healthy.
