Hydroxycut or which one

Postby shob_bg » Mon Jun 22, 2009 11:24 am

I am 260 pound male, want to be 180 and am working hard to get it. I bought a bottle of Hydroxycut but didnt use it at all as I read the enws about a few people getting Liver Damage. Anyway, I have two questions,

1. I know I know its not healthy, But does these pills help (I am talking short term and I will stop when I reach my goal weight)

2. Which ones are good.

Thanks

Sab

In my experience none of them seem to work very well if at all. The only true way to loose fat is by running a calorie deficit. I have tried Hydroxycut, hydroxycut hardcore, rev, lipo 6 and CLA mostly all a waste of money in my opinion. I had the best loss with CLA and fish oil supps if anything I would go that route again.

Nothing beats a clean diet though diet is key. Nothing will work if you continue to eat the same that’s for sure.

Best of luck with your goal

(No, expect to help some supplement companies get rich, you to potentially get physical damage, and definitely a lower bank balance)

2. Which ones are good.

(None whatsoever.)

The best ones out of what Lens said, are the Fish Oil and CLA, because they are derived from food sources, but they have other positive benefits too, not just supposed fat metabolising benefits.

You might not get much if any fat matabolising off those, but you could get improvement in things like Brain function, Cholesterol levels etc etc, but that's not me saying you should take them, only that compared to herbal or chemical products that could be labelled Metabolic Enhancers, F O and CLA have more purported benefits, and are healthier by a country mile.

Bossman is correct..However, if you were trying to go from 10% to say 6-7 % bodyfat, I'd say use something along the lines of Hot Rox Extreme or VPX Meltdown..

If you don't like stimulants than try DNP from RPN and Lean Extreme from designer...Decent formulas they made...
