I think they're making a HUGE deal over it. I mean, seriously, if I took steroids, would I be the next Barry Bonds or A-rod? Baseball is probably the hardest sport in the world, let alone to be GREAT at.
Don't get me wrong, I think its unethical but giving someone steroids won't make you great. You don't see the baseball "better", your curveball won't get "better movement". So what you hit more home runs, pitch harder and have a longer career but big whoop. All these guys were GREAT before they started juicing. I think people don't realize how great they are and how much effort and hardwork they put into their craft. Kinda like how Pro BBers are looked at. People don't realize how DISCIPLINED BBErs are and how much they work for what they have. The "naturals" are quick to point out that "they juice" and I don't so "I work harder than them" and shit like that.
So yeah, I'm against it, but they're blowing this whole thing WAY out of proportion.
