o shit, i didn't do any of that sutff that i said on eariler post all i did was half of my workout. sitting at 174.5 lbs now. i'm gonna try to get up and do the morning workout. exams are coming and i have to study but i can still do them, its just that i get so de-motivated after studying. going for 173 next week. yeah!

nvm, i'm at 175 lbs haha good thing i weighed again. 174 next week!

173 lbs this week, pretty good =D, now that school is over i can eat 3 hours a day. 8 pull ups now. 171- 172 next week

hey just to let you guys know that i'm eating about 6 times a day, small portions with protein in every meal. why do i have a feeling that i'm gaining fat? and i'm lifting 3 times per week each workout takes about 1 hour. and doing cardio on the non lifting days...i'll see how that goes this sunday.

Are you weighing at the same time each week, with the same conditions, I.E. first thing in the morning after a toilet trip, as opposed to last thing at night?

1. You're not eating enough Calories.

2. Possibly overtraining.

3. some kind of Endocrine / Thyroid issue.

Shoul such weight loss persist, then see a doctor immediately, as that looks a bit too rapid for the time frame, and your type of weight range.

hmm i don't think it's any of those, i actually only did half the sets of my weight training and i only did 2 HIIT this week ( used to be 3) and i also ate more than my regular week, i dunno lol we'll see next week. i don't think i actually lost 2.5 pounds and i don't think i lost any muscle, maybe water or something??

i did the "waterbury testosterone program" ate clean and i remained the same weight?! im still 168 lbs! although i am very sore from it ( which i havn't been sore for the past 3 month) but still...something isn't right??

got up at 5 am and jog for 20 min each day, did the weights and started to run outside for at least 4k everyday...stayed the same weight...168lbs...pretty pissed...

trying something new: 3 sets X 15 reps
squats
military press
deadlifts
lunges
standard push up/ incline / wide
pull ups
rows
hammer curls
triceps raise
bicycles/ crunches / leg raises X 25

30lbs if i feel i can complete all reps, if i can't then i move to 20 lbs...today was 30lbs all the way through the first circuit, then moved to 20 lbs at rows on 2nd circuit then 3rd circuit was 20lbs...got kinda tired...
