hmm i don't think it's any of those, i actually only did half the sets of my weight training and i only did 2 HIIT this week ( used to be 3) and i also ate more than my regular week, i dunno lol we'll see next week. i don't think i actually lost 2.5 pounds and i don't think i lost any muscle, maybe water or something??
