I have a few questions that need to be answered? please help

okay so since i was little i had a back problem, i cant stand Straight i have to remind myself to stand up Straight is there an excersise that can help my back stand up streight?

how many bottles of water should i drink a day to be healthy?

should i take water with me to gym? is that good or bad?

i have really thick thies and butt, it runs in my family is there a way to lose them?

btw we have a gym in our complex i mostly use it the tredmille but i havent been in there since early june, my cousin gave me these pills to lose weight they work for a while but if you stop using them yo gain all the weight back, i want to lose 25 pounds by june 3 2010 is that possible?

Yes, you could lose the weight.

Yes take water to the Gym.

No no specific amount of daily water intake really, just opt for about 2-3 glasses minimum a day, if you want ot drink more, remembering you'll get quite a lot of water from food anyway.

As for the Back see a Chiropractor, as it could be a bit of Lordosis, (lower Back inward curvature), Kyphosis, (Upper Back outward curvature), or Scoliosis, (slight lean over to one side).

You could then be prescribed possible exercises, bases on what is what. Sound more like some Kyphosis, being a slight issue with some of the Thoracic Vertebrae, between the Cervical, (Neck), and Lumbar, (Lower Back). The Thoracic having 12 Vertebrae in total.
