Welcome and nice to meet you! :D

It is hard to get motivated but the fact that you’re here.
It shows you want to make changes!
We as a community will try our best to be positive and push you toward your goals.

First, how is your diet?
What do you eat on a daily basis?
Write down what you eat and what time you eat?
(So the rest of us can advise you what you can improve on…)

Secondly,
Do you have a gym membership? If not what equipments do you have access to?

Sometimes… I do lose my motivation here and there.
Below are some of the things I do to keep me going.

-I still have a healthy looking model picture next to my bathroom mirror!!!
Every morning when I wake up or before I go to sleep…
I remind myself keep working hard because I’m close to being and looking healthy!

-I go back to my journal to see how far I’ve gotten which motivate me to continue and keep pushing myself!

-I come here and read people’s post and see how far they got, their obstacles and what they have accomplished which inspired me to continue.

-I email or message friends in here to complain or help with ideas! :P

-I post for ideas and how I can continue to improve.

All the above listed help me continue doing what I’m doing and I hope it will work for you too! :D

GOOD LUCK!

I'm in the same boat and (thanks to Diana B) have found a dvd that is really good for beginners.

It's Jari Love's Get Ripped! dvd's. They're great for beginners. They focus alot on proper technique and as you get better you can increase the weight you are using for a more intense workout.

They are total body workouts and I suggest you start with lighter weights as the first time you do it you will be sore!

I started with 5 and 10 lbs weights and am working my way up.

Good luck with your weight loss.

Hi Nany... Welcome :D

Why don't you post what you eat and what time you eat?
Working on your diet should be the first step.
Then slowy add some workout program.

That's just a though :)
