At which point Vamp was "Delt" a huge blow, when he found the mediocre muscle amounts in his Shoulders, could not prevent the ball and socket joints from subluxing

Just don't expect us to "shoulder" the responsibility, for any potential Delt related failings in your workout structuring

Ach no, I'm from bonnie Scotland. Do you ken Hen?

No you're right, I don't use any of that street slang, some of you U S of A'ans use, because that's how your English evolved, after the days of the Pilgrim fathers. We continued to branch out into other words ourselves no doubt.

Someone in the music industry said once, that Britain has a love / hate relationship with America. We love the food and culture but hate the politics.

Actually to some extent we loved your politics in more recent times, because Bush was comedy gold for our satirists.

Annnnnd recently (wed!) I was warming up for jump day (my new favorite day!) and doing BW squats, which I haven't done in forever (horrible I know). Evidently they have gotten crazzzzy deep since I started doing them with that stupid bar on my back (I actually had to drop weight because I forgot how to 'grip' after last month's motorbike incident...) Now when I take off the weight I just drop right down to the flo! Cool, huh? (:

Les is everything you could want. Looks aren't everything, if the individual is either cold hearted, or vacuous.
