So "Day One" was an epic fail.... didn't really get to do the stuff i planned for. The game plan was supposed to be wake up, eat a bowl of cereal, and then workout. I was so motivated the day before when i woke up i was just too lazy. The good thing is i was able to run for 30 mins about a 3miles and basically skated for the like 3 hours. but tomorrow i promise to I'll commit to my "Can't Possibly Fail Plan".
