I'm new to working out and dieting. But for awhile, I've been taking:
1. GNC Mega Man
2. CLA
3. Cromium Picolinate
4. Green Tea pill
After asking question regarding my supplment intake I have found that CLA and Cromium Picolinate are both useless in my overall objective of losing fat. Recently I spoke with a friend who said that GNC Mega Man was not a good multi-vitamen (I don't remember but he said it was or was not synthetic). What is your overall opinion of GNC Mega Man (was he correct that is isn't good). Also what multivitamin do you recommend?

P.S. If anyone has any additional opinnion on Cromium Picolinate and CLA, please let me know. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
