is there a good site u guys go to for ab advice, etc. and i always hear people saying i do over 100 crunches, 50 sit-ups, etc...i usually do like 50 crunches and thats it. is that enough you think?
and with those keywords i put in, i found lower leg raises, but i couldnt find alot of the twists. is there a site i can find these at?
and should i do ab excercises daily? or every two days? and when i usually do them the next day they feel sore, that means i worked them out right?
