But i was wondering how do i do a good sit-up and what does a sit-up improve my abs in..low abdominal, etc? is it entirley necessary? i think even though i dont look out of shape i think i am. i dont do cardio, or run or anything.
any advice would be good actually, diet plans, etc.
I don't think any of them programs work for abs.
Question though, what do you mean by - Is it entirely necessary? Is what entirly necessary?
Heres some exercises I like to do. Find something, maybe two feet tall and thin. And lay down flat on your back with the object in between your legs and put your legs together and lift them up and over. I call them bridges. When I first started doing them, I found it a good workout for the lower abs.
I just tried the bicycle cruch earlier. It works my abs so much. Probably just because I've never tried them before, but it should work well with you.
And for diet. I have no idea. I don't diet or run at all. I normally eat whatever I want. Mostly fast food, but somehow I still have my abs.
