Could have been worse. You could have started snoring during the Opera and woken up with a little bit of drool creeping out of one side of your Mouth :P.

That actually might have subtley persuaded him not to take you again. Maybe you could have dilberately encouraged a smidgin of drool to come out, for the purposes of manipulating the situation to your advantage.

Can’t wait to go home…

No workout today… My gym closed.
Yesterday… I was doing HIIT… for my Sprint I was going 8.5mph…
After awhile, I started to have a hard time breathing!!
So… of coursed I slowed down and took it easy…. Slow 4.1 fast 7.1.
When I walk slow… I drank water which helped me have a bit more air.
I felt like… I wasn't getting enough air.. like my breath got cut short.
So… I just did an easy run… 5.5-6.1 all the way…

As I’m typing this… I still have a hard time breathing…
I’m drinking lots of water right now... I better find my inhaler !
I don’t have Asthma…just sometimes.. I have a hard time getting air in….
The last time I couldn’t breathe was when I had a viral infection.
My chest was hurting, I had a fever and couldn’t get air in!
But since I’ve been active… my breathing has been fine… until recently…
I hope I’m not going to get sick….. That would SUCK!!!

Anyways. Thanksgiving is tomorrow… Although I don’t really celebrate it.. I still hang out with my family… I think... for some reason this year.. My brother might bring turkey!!! As for me… I’m just going to Try to BAKE… LoL… Need to improve on that! :D

I made glazed ham (everybody loved it... and were fighting to take the leftovers!)
I also made mash potatoes and gravy. I baked a chocolate cake, a yellow cake and pumpkin bread. I didn’t really eat them… I only tasted it when I was making it in the morning… *whew* I was good. I only had 1 glass of wine and NOT a whole bottle or even 2. I had a coconut drink for dessert… that’s about all. From 11:30AM-6PM (it was lunch and dinner… I was just nibbling around…. I noticed though… there was NO salad!!! Beside “potatoes salad” and no veggies at all… man, if I knew there wasn’t any or no one was going to bring any…. I should have made it!!!
Note to self – ASK who will bring Veggies or salad… so next time so I won’t have to make the ham and just bring salad!!!! (I don’t think that will happen- I'm stuck making the ham)

Try removing the Coffee, as the Caffeine constricts bloodvessels, and you'll just potentially be depriving the Lungs of some Oxygen replenishment, via bloodflow, plus Caffeine interferes with Iron absorption, so that could affect Erythrocyte, (Red Blood Cell), levels, and subsequantly Hemoglobin and Oxygen levels in the blood.

Ugh... I hate being Sick!!!
Anyways... I'm back!!! - Not at work though :P
I'm not in bed feeling shitty... i'm actually up infront of the computer today!
MISS ME ALL?? :P

Anyways... Thanks Bossman, i've been meaning to cut out coffee before the breathing...
With your recommendation... I completely stopped... and yes, my breathing got better but i got SICK!

I didn't do my workout above from my last post b/c i went to the hospital for urgent care..
I was feeling dizzy and really light headed. My chest started to hurt because I was breathing so hard.
As expected I was given an inhaler again. Also a bunch of medicine that I already have. I also got a bunch of blood test.

I went to work the next day feeling crappy... Had a big head ache and everything i ate i wanted to throw up!
Didn't feel like eating anything and when I did crave for something... i wanted to throw it all out...
I looked so sick... By lunch time... my boss told me to GO HOME! I was in bed for the last couple of days being drugged and sleeping...
I didn't get to eat much. The only time I ate was before I took my medicine. Just don't remember what i ate.
Now... The head ache is gone... But I still don't feel like eating anything... I'm coughing dry...
As long as the head ache is GONE... i'm fine.. I can at least move around and clean up the house since i'm home anyways!!!

I'm worried about my blood test tho. Everything was fine/normal except 2.

FERRITIN - 12 (22-291 ng/mL) -- (Maybe I lacked Iron?)
MCV - 76 (80-100 fL)-- (anemia??.. same thing as above lacked in iron?)

Im not sure what's MCV is.. I looked it up... dunno?
I won't see my doctor until next week... but i'm just curious.. :?

That little thing is my 1 year old niece. For a 1 year old… she talks none stop more like babbles baby words. She runs around the house and pulling things out of the cabinets. Goes in to my office area (where I do the bills and important paper work etc…) She pulls and tears things apart….When I'm tryin to put her to sleep, she pulls my hair or grab my ear then pull off my ear rings (hurt like hell) But when she kisses me to forgive her… she is forgiven…. Sigh… that brat!

Today is the day…. One of my work’s x-mas parties. One of the things I was afraid I have no self control whatsoever for!!! But of course, recently with my breathing problem & sickness, I haven’t had an appetite for a lot of things. So, I hope I can help a bit!
With all the medication I’m taking… NO DRINKING besides warm water for me!!!

I went to the doc yesterday… didn’t go to the gym. I got my cad scan & EKG.
Chest & Heart are fine. My next appt will be the lungs….
I got a new inhaler (works better!!!)
I hope to feel 100% or at least 99% better by the end of this week or starting next week.
So I can finally workout hard again!!!

Party was not bad at all…. It was during lunch time. 12PM-4PM.
Beautiful view, they rented this big & expensive fancy building in the financial district…
Majority of the time… only millionaires and billionaires go there and hold private parties… I’m lucky to step in to such beautiful place!
We were at the top floor… It was higher than the twin tower in New Your City.
Even though it was lunch time… the view was beautiful!!!!
Working and living around San Francisco…
I take things for granted sometimes like not touring around and appreciate the beauty of it.
There was a lot of food!!!
Sushi, dim sum, Mexican, pasta, different kind of cheese and crackers, grilled chicken, beef, & veggies…. Oh yum and many more… I just forgot… And they had chocolate fondue… you can dip all kind of fruits like strawberries, melons, rice crispy, marshmallows and some other stuff to dip.
Also, there was a dance floor and an open bar.
People were drunk and dancing… I must say… it was very entertaining! :P

I did stuff myself… I won’t lie.
I had some dim sum, sushi, grilled chicken breast, grilled beef, grilled veggies, some cheese, deep friend shrimps, oh and pasta (3 different kinds!) … The food was CRAZY good!!!! I didn’t drink any alcohol… I just had some green tea (decaf) and water. Didn’t touch any sweets… I’m not a big fan of chocolate anyways… no need to get in line for the fondue. :P

They not only had a dance floor and DJ, they also had casino tables…
It was free casino chips to play with… So, you don’t really play with real money.
All you get is practice for the real casino. Useless for me because I don’t gamble, I did however learn how to play blackjack/21 & Texas holdem poker. LOST all my chips!

So… All I did was play at the casino table drinking my tea and watching drunk people dance… oh man… SOOOO funny!

Oh.. I did took some pictures of the beautiful view with my camera phone.
I hope the quality is good or at least decent.

I left at 3PM… back to my night job!
