My statement is in relation to doing Body Pump & a weight workout in the same day. If you do Body Pump as one of your three weights workouts per week, you should be fine.
yes of course. I was thinking if I go to body pump I may not benefit from it as much as I would from my weights program designed by Cassie. I am not sure if it will affect much or not in muscle gain.
