So I've been on my workout plan for about 4 and 1/2 months and I was just wondering when is it that someone should start to change up their workouts... like how often?
(personally, i've been working mostly cardio than weights since it's really cold and my legs get too stiff to run when it's cold outside... so i was thinking of switching over more weights this season.. i don't know though)
i've seen articles where people have suggested to switch it every season (like every summer, spring, fall, winter) like... how do i know though, like i'm not exactly sure when i've reached my plataeu...?
