I've been waiting to brag about this for 8 months but I finally did it
1 set of 12 on 11 muscle groups (bis, tris, chest, abs, obliques, lower back, upper back, shoulders, quads, hams, calves)
10 mins cardio 3.0 and 3.5
1 set of 12 same exercises plus 10 pounds
10 mins cardio 3.5 and 4.0
1 set of 12 same exercises plus 10 pounds
10 mins cardio 4.0 and 4.5
man it was tough but I did it and now I get to do it again tomorrow only with different exercises. Once this gets too easy.....FREE WEIGHTS !
