Hey there, I need some help on my diet, basically I’ve been working out for a while and can see results, how I realised I also need to change my diet to reach my goals. I play a lot of sport, football, rugby, and run a lot so carbs are imporant. But i was wondering how much protein carbs, etc i would need I would like to gain around 8-10kg I curently weight around 64kg, attain, a six pack, pecs, generally a better physique.
