i'm haveing the hardest time training...
here are some of my complains when running:
my arms go numb sometime and if its not my arms, its my legs get heavy. not only that i get really bored running on the treadmil. also, i use to play soccer and i twisted my ankle so many times that i'm scared that i'll land wrong on it while on the treadmil..
i can run up to .3 of mile ..i knowww i can do so much more but are the any tips on getting distracted long enough to where i can reach my goal of being able to run non stop?
