Are you talking about some electric Abs belt, as most of those are just plain crap.

How do you know it works. If you changed anything about training, diet even water intake, you could have gotten those results, so that would make it difficult to ascertain what the belt was actually doing.

Yea I once tried out some of those electronic muscle stimulators and they are pretty much junk. Some studies have said that they work, but only with normal strength training and diet. Kinda defeats the purpose don't ya think?

In reality an electronic stimulator just does what your nervous system does. If you can sit there and contract your abs then that's pretty much what those belts would do. ONly the belt is contracting them instead of your own nervous system.

Well a light tap won't teach these people anything. You must strike terror into their greedy corporate hearts, otherwise they will not learn. No light slap on the hand treatment for these greedy, corporate whores

Amen Kev. Any product that has the word Ab or Abs in the name, is automatically crap or at least 99.99% likely, to be automatically crap by default.

The Ab wheel might be the only exception to the rule, but then I've neer seen any company or organisation, needing to brag about Ab Wheels on TV, or have a dedicated Ab Wheel website, so I guess that goes some way to enhancing it's fairly credible reputation

Like you said, ab wheels are awesome--cheap and effective. I guess if there were some way for them to claim to re-invent the wheel they'd surely try.

They could advertise the cheesy way on TV.

Ab Wheel!!! Cavemen invented the wheel for this very purpose.

If you never have an Ab Wheel, then you can never have Abs!!! It's not rocket science, think about it loser.

Then they show you a 170lb lean dude, with a 6-pack, and a tatty long wig and some blackening around the face, Abs and Arms, to make you think he's a typical recreation of a Caveman, because clearly Cavemen got buff chasing their dinner around all day, sexing their Ladies and using an Ab Wheel the rest of the time

I hope Ab Wheel never goes that sleezy commercial.
