I've received a few emails in regards to running another transformation contest type thing and thought i'd get an express of interest.
I ran one similar last year or the year (can't remember when actually) which went alright but there's plenty of improvements i found from that one that i could make to make this one more user friendly.
So it's a 28 day program with all training and diet provided for you, all you need is the commitment and the discipline.
I would probably make up a basic program template that i would use for the most part but modifications can be made for equipment, injuries and training experience.
The cost would be $200 for the whole package which is payable at Paypal to email@example.com
I'll also endeavor to do video's for the exercises with training points and tips included.

) so I will need say, 10 people to make this worthwhile.
I'll put a starting date of next month but maybe the next one, or half way through it, if there is some late comers.
