In my experience I have always found the the hardest part of going for a run is just getting out the door. I always feel good after I'm out and running. And I always wonder why I even contemplated not going. The days that I don't get up, and I miss my morning workout or run, I end up feeling much worse, with feelings of regret and personal let down. So on those days you feel like that, I encourage you to push through it and go, I know you will find that the personal satisfaction and sense of well being is almost/if not equal to the physical benefits of the workout.EdgarHF wrote:I really did not feel like going to the gym today.
