As a split that would work. Or alternatively, switch Biceps and Shoulders around and leave the other 4 muscle groups as listed.
You can do 3 days TBT, but what you're doing is fine, as long as you don't overload the weight, don't use poor technique and don't do stuff like Wrist Curls or risky behind the Neck style stuff, which may cause Rotato Cuff, Scapulae or possibly Verterbal issues.
