Haha....your right, I'm ancient. Hated to post new pics, as I have certain expectations for myself, and I don't think I've met them, but fuels the fire to push harder, so I guess its all good. I guess its better then if I'd never started.......

Mate on VAC this week, so working 5-15 hour days. Going to try and squeeze in a couple of FB workouts after 8pm. Dragged Barbie down to the gym, and put her thru a fb, she enjoyed it, and told me to keep doing it..... Be careful what you wish for.

A problem we ran into was with doing my fb the way I do with Supersets, and obviously the weight we lift is different, I just couldn't juggle it, me doing my routine, then switching the weights all aorund during my 90sec. rest. So, I just took her down, and did it on my off day, and just concentrated on her workout. I did do some curls, and tri extensions while waiting. Worked out really well.

   .....I gotta stop talking, my foot just keeps going deeper. Weight room is fun, though....

Gonna post another pic of myself that I don't like.....for motivation.

Did one of those body fat calculators, and it puts me around 15%, as compared to around 23% when I started. Not sure how accurate, but same calculator both times. Need more muscle; less fat.
