I was wondering if anyone would be interested in helping me devise a workout plan that i could do over 3-4 weeks to be sure i was prepared for the German Armed Forces Badge Competition.
Im in relatively decent shape, i run a 13:48 min 2 mile and can do 10 pull ups before I need a break. I can do 65 pushups in 2 mins and 80+ situps.
Just trying to give you an idea of what kind of shape im in. I believe I could complete the competition successfully, but it would be too close for comfort in current shape.
the GAFB events include,
200m swim in under 6:00mins
100m Sprint in 13.6 seconds
4.5m long jump
1,36 high jump (however high that is)
8m Shot Put (16 lb)
3000m run in 13 mins
30k ruck march with 10kg ruck in under 5 hours
and a pistol competition.
Thanks for any tips or ideas anyone has.

it's a bit late now but i'd say focus on your 3 worse events and maintain the rest although "how you win" will need to be taken into account
