Good, because you know this organisation doesn't tolerate slovenly attitudes to lifestyle .

haha......getting in some decent workouts, right shoulder bugging during bench press, which is a bit annoying. There always seems to be a part of the body that wants too bug, guess thats somewhat par for the course.

I've been great - I have actually started training for a 1/2 marathon :D My knee is bothering me but I am getting that checked out next week. Glad things are going well for you, hope your shoulder isn't too bad!

I didn't put any pics up - LOL! I am not in any of the pictures I take - I am always behind the camera :) I think I am going to stop my diet journal - I eat the same thing every day so it is getting repetitive!

Oh.....Ms. Shy, at least I'm not the only one bugg'n for pics (go Les) I know what you mean about being the person behind the camera. Shell covered beaches.....cool in one way, but def not for running. Are you a barefoot person, or a tenderfoot like me?

haha......my wife and kids go barefoot EVERYWHERE that they can get away with it. I always have something on my feet. Playing beach VB my feet have to get adjusted, and get pretty sore from the sand, not just the grittyy texture, but the heat. Sounds like a good VAC, and YAY no weight gain. Thats actually amazing, who actually DOES that.....pretty cool....

6-24-10

Current weight--180.8

I suspect I will dip into the 170's by the weekend. Cannot remember when I weighed this little, but still feel good, and strong. When I did the starvation diet, and would hit 183ish, I would devour everything edible in sight, because I felt so crappy, and weak. My waist is under 35"....I need to update my measurements. Yikes.

hehe......I had pictured myself bulky, and 210 lbs. so its sort of weird cutting weight off, not really how I envisioned it, but it feels good. I hit 196, and it was like too much to maintain, and I know my BF was up there, this seems much easier, I don't have to cram so much food in, and I get tons of comments from people, which is always a boost. The shirts come off at VB yuh know...... ahh...just the boyz, of course.... :P
