You CAN do this, just keep trusting in your head and heart to guide you. I KNOW you're worth this, but you need to feel it 100% like I do. I KNOW you can do that as well and once you feel it, you'll find it all much easier to continue with .

You have a beautiful personality and a great heart. Let them shine and don't be afraid of anything, except losing the will to continue. That alone could be enough to keep you on track.

Thanks for the works of encouragement Bossman. My body feels terrible so I have to get back into a healthy routine, headaches, joint aches, bloat, fatigue....all the stuff associated with a poor diet and sedimentary life style  Yuk.

The best thing here is you identified your need, so now you're in a position to act on it :).

It isn't always easy, but with time and patience it can get a little easier.

Off caffeine again...it does terrible things to my body. Gonna play real tennis not just Wii. My husband and I are going to play a weekly game with our friends it will be nice to get out doors and do a sport together. Three of us cannot play and one played in college....I hope we don't drive him nuts. :D

no gain or loss of weight recently but I am not trying right now.

How'd the tennis game go Corina? Maybe instead of using a gym more you should try to just get outside like playing tennie while its beautiful out. I think fresh air and sunshine feels good to almost everyone. :)

We haven't actually played yet. It was raining last week :( and we are going to CA this weekend, bay area here we come :D . Things are kind of crazy these days lots of life changes I am in this pause mode right now. I need to get serious about my health but feel pulled in all kinds of directions right now so I am waiting until things settle down a little and back to emotional eating.

I have gained weight back :(. 158 lbs. But that is what is to be excepted when I am not working out and eating candy bars.

Don't worry about it. You're human and it's okay. Just learn from it, move on and keep doing what we both know you're capable of. You're not very overweight anyway and this situation can be altered favourably for you, by sticking to the things you've doen before.

Chin up and good luck.

You're a great person, so don't be too hard on yourself yeah :).

Wii Fit Plus Yoga and Hula Hoop twice this week...slowing getting back on track...also going GF and DF again my body feels like crap and I don't know why I didn't correlate the depression and lack of motivation for finiteness with these sensitivities. Joining a GF support group and getting into to see GI specialist.

Hello All-

Yes it is gluten free and dairy free. My life got really busy these past few months, sold our house, two moves, my hubby relocated to Corvallis, Oregon and our son and I moved into an apartment. And all this during the craziest time of the year at work. We will be joining Adam at the end of the shcool year but it has been a hard few months with the pending separation and moving. So I am kinda of settled a little now and ready to refocus on my health. I am using WII again and my apartment has a nice gym. I have bought but haven't started 6 week body make over. I know I can eat healthy without a diet plan but I think I will adhere to it if I have a really structured plan. I haven't really lost or gained weight over the past couple of months. Will let you all know how it goes now that I am using my WII daily again.

Don't eat protein bars...they are full of sugar & high on carbs.Maybe list what you eat in a day, unless thats it above, which yes is missing veggies, protein at each meal, 6 meals per day.OOPS, was on your first page, didn't read the rest, probably just disregard this post..
