Especially considering they're temperature charts, I mean who'd not understand the meaning of a red and blue line anyway, except colour blind people, in which case I refer to the previous comment.

I presume those temperature charts were designed for 4-5 year olds, that haven't learned to count to 100 yet, only to 10 or 20 .

They didn't even get that shapes one right whoever designed that.

The Trapezoid one should be spelled Trapezium. It's only a Trapezoid to my knowledge when it's a 3- dimensional Trapezium. Like the ends on old Computer mice.

They could have also called the Oval an Ellipse, but then maybe that was too highbrow for the designers :P.

At least though I'll give them credit for not referring to a Rectangle and a Circle as an Oblong and a Round :P :P

Ohh to be five years old again and get away with such descriptions of things, without being looked at as if you're a deranged plebian, that needs encapsulating in some sort of facility

Started Creatine today!!

Container recommends for the first 5 days, one full scoop upon rising in the morning, then another full scoop 12 hours later. I'm going to do half of that today, just to see if there will be any issues. I don't expect any, but like to try new things slowly. 1/2 scoop this morning, 1/2 scoop this afternoon.

You normally load Creatine with a 5g dose 4x a day, 4 hours apart. I'm not sure what kind of Creatine you're using, that requires 2 full scoops 12 hours apart, but it sounds a bit odd.

It isn't Celltech is it, don't tell me it's celltech

To be honest that photo was so small, I couldn't adequately ascertain which brand and manufacturer it was :? .
