My left side of my body still has bruises and my head did hit the window. Lucky I didn’t break my window with my head. My lawyer wants me to go to a chiropractor (not sure if I really want to tho) but I guess I should… my whole back and my lower back is still in pain… But not as bad as my previous accident.

Thursday

5:30AM - Wheat bread, protein shake
8:30AM - Oatmeal, eggs
11:30AM- Wheat turkey sandwich ½, side salad
2:30PM - Wheat turkey sandwich ½
5:30PM - Chicken noodle soup, side salad
7:30PM – Scramble egg whites and salsa
9PM Workout - Elliptical 25mins
Protein shake

After reading Bossman’s message, I got on the elliptical and walked for 15mins last night. Dude, it was the longest 15mins of my life!!! However, I did feel better than doing nothing… Although my upper body is in pain, I can still do little things for my lower body… I’ll start slow on the elliptical and do some deep stretching after. Then I’ll add some squats and lunges for lower body and hopefully by next week or two… my upper body will recover a bit.

WELL DONE.

What you did was realised there was still something you could do. Rather than wollow in self pity and get lazy for a week or two, you tried to do something active, you learned your limitations and now you know what could be possible over the coming few weeks.

You didn't take the easy option of feel sucky, do nothing, which many would do so you can be proud of the strength you showed in this instance :).

It's good to read that nutritious, frequent meals are helping you meet your goals. I cop-out and don't eat enough sometimes, then overeat later, which stalls any progress I would make from doing one or the other. Keep up the great work!

Thank you for visiting.... Your inputs are always welcome :D

I want to THANK everyone who always read and comment in here. My heart always feels warm and fortunate to have a place like this for support and motivation!!! That's why... I cannot let you guys down or myself... I GOTTA WORK HARD regardless!!!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

Have a good weekend!!!

Hi All, I haven’t been around lately… my little net book is not working so I’m sending it back to HP to get it fix. As for work, for some reason… it’s getting busier each day. BLAHHHH… Anyways a little updates.

Not only my body aches, I also have tooth ache!!!!

I am currently on a liquid diet right now…. I just got my tooth implant… Man, this is a long process… Last time they put a graph in…. then waited for 3 month and put the metal in… now I have to wait another 6 months to put the crown in. Anyways, I just put the metal part in and the doctor told not to workout this week because it might cause bleeding and have liquid diet so it won’t move the metal… I’m getting tired of Congee (rice porridge) and chicken noodle soup! This week, I have not workout but I have been stretching though… I’ll have my dentist visit again weekend, so I know she would be ok if I started to workout again.

Next week should be a better week (Workout & diet) … YAY…

1 Good thing:
I got my bonus last week and bought me comic books to finish my collection for that series!!!!…
(No, I didn’t spend my entire bonus on comic books… I put some in my savings :P )

P.S. When I get a chance ... I'm gonna post a "small" picture of my progress
(It was a friend's bday and they wanted all girls to wear a dress... yes, i wore one and EVERYBODY thought I look great!
Maybe because I haven't seen them for months... hehehehe... But loving the feeling tho even if i'm in pain... physically :? )

Have a good day!

It's nice to get some positive feedback from others, cos it's hard to see the progress yourself. Good for you! The other day my brother told me I looked like a (directly translated) meat bull, lol. Personally I think I've still got some work to do before I'm there

 Really!?!?!?!?!.... she didn't need to have liquid diet???? Did she have to wait for months and months until the next procedure???
I don’t know any other implant for the tooth… It should all be the same… I think?
My dentist said, there’s a small metal part sticking out… so she wanted me to be careful for a week, that’s why she wanted me to have a liquid diet

cos you do!!

Thanks girl... without seeing my pic yet...

I just reformatted my desktop and moved my old pictures to an external hard drive… I need to find it in order for me to do a before and after picture… but maybe it’s too soon for that, I may wait until I really completely reach my goal then I’ll do a before and after pictures… anyways... depending on how I feel… I may just post a very small picture of me at the party… he he he…

I asked my mom and she said she didn't have to do a liquid diet when she did it. I know it was quite expensive. So there must be different kinds?

WOW… that woman looks fantastic!!! I remember reading her journal for competition and all the crap she had to go through and did not give up… man…. That woman… without even having to do much...
